Integrative Relational Healing® is the fancy and short way of saying I bring together elements of nature, mindful spirituality, psychedelic earth medicine, liberation psychology, ancestral wisdom, sexual liberation and sensual touch to help people heal and grow in their relationships.
When working one-on-one with me, I tailor this experience to you and your unique needs for healing and growth. I also facilitate group sessions because I believe healing takes both personal and collective work.
