What is Integrative Relational Healing?
Integrative Relational Healing combines elements of nature-based healing, mindful spirituality, psychedelic integration, ancestral wisdom, and healing touch. This approach nurtures emotional, relational, and spiritual growth, and can help individuals integrate the impact of relational or sexual harm and build new relational patterns.
What is Conscious Companionship?
Conscious Companionship is a supportive, deeply personalized experience designed to help individuals build meaningful connections, strength relational skills, and explore self-acceptance within a safe, nurturing space. Conscious Companionship offers a one-on-one partnership that combines authentic presence, non-judgmental listening, and guided exploration. Together, we work on expanding self-awareness, and embracing intimacy at your own pace. The experience is ideal for anyone seeking a deeper understanding of their relationship with themselves and others, while feeling seen, respected, and valued. Surrogate Partner Therapy is also offered under this modality.
What is Facilitated Group Healing?
Facilitated Group Healing is a guided group experience where individuals come together in a safe, intentional space to explore collective healing, shared connection, and emotional release. These sessions focus on the healing power of community and allow participants to engage in exercises around themes like grief, joy, gratitude, and trust. Guided by compassionate facilitation, group members support one another, share insights, and may explore the healing potential of touch and presence. Transformative Partnership is a deeply immersive, custom-tailored healing journey designed to guide you through profound personal transformation and relational growth. In these sessions, we use a combination of healing touch, therapeutic practices, and (when appropriate) psychedelic integration to address deep-seated patterns, release old narratives, and create pathways for new possibilities in your relationships. This progressive experience builds over time, with sessions that can extend up to 12 hours, allowing for deep, uninterrupted exploration. Transformative Partnership is ideal for those ready to dive deeply into their healing journey with dedicated, one-on-one support in a safe and nurturing environment.
Who is a Surrogate Partner, and how is Surrogate Partner Therapy different from traditional therapy?
A Surrogate Partner is a trained professional who works with clients and their licensed therapists to overcome relational and intimacy challenges. Surrogate Partner Therapy (SPT) differs from traditional talk therapy by incorporating experiential exercises that may include touch, somatic work, and communication skills practice. This approach is beneficial for individuals seeking support with issues like relational trauma, performance anxiety, or exploring safe sexuality. You can learn more about Surrogate Partner Therapy at the Surrogate Partner Collective, where I was trained.
Why is it necessary to have a licensed therapist for Surrogate Partner Therapy?
Surrogate Partner Therapy (SPT) is a specialized process that involves therapeutic and intimate connection. Working with a licensed therapist ensures a secure, safe, and structured framework for personal and relational growth. If youโre interested in SPT and donโt currently have a therapist, a guide on finding one is available here. I may also be able to help connect you with a local therapist.
While you are not required to work with a therapist if you are interested in my other healing modalities, I highly encourage you to secure at least one reliable person who can offer ongoing mental health support throughout our work together. This person may be a healing professional besides a therapist, or a close friend or family member.

Are your services accessible to neurodivergent clients, including those on the autism spectrum?
Absolutely. This practice is inclusive and sensitive to neurodivergent individuals, including those on the spectrum. I adapt sessions to meet unique sensory, communication, and relational needs, fostering a safe environment for exploration and growth.
Do you offer support for individuals who identify as asexual, aromantic, or ace/aro?
Yes. For individuals who are asexual (ace), aromantic (aro), or both (including people under the umbrella of ace/aro e.g. demisexual, greysexual, etc.) this work can be tailored to explore intimacy and connection outside the traditional framework of sexual or romantic engagement. Together, we can focus on relational comfort, self-acceptance, and communication skills to align with your personal needs and goals.
How does your work support LGBTQIA+ individuals, including those who are bisexual, gay, queer, transgender, or intersex?
This practice is rooted in liberation and celebration of all gender identities and sexual orientations. My work with LGBTQIA+ clients is affirming and trauma-informed, addressing the unique challenges and joys of navigating intimacy and connection within and beyond queer and trans communities. I bring over a decade of queer and trans activism into my healing work and encourage my clients to show up as their full selves.
I am recovering from divorce/separation/break-up and would like to rebuild my sense of self in relationships. Is this the right place for me?
Yes. Many individuals find that Integrative Relational Healing offers a gentle, affirming space to rebuild relational trust and explore self-discovery after life changes like divorce or break-up. We can work on nurturing self-compassion, exploring relational patterns, and reconnecting with your sense of autonomy and self-worth.
What if Iโm new to psychedelic practices but interested in the role of psychedelics in healing?
As a psychedelic guide, I offer support for those curious about or experienced with psychedelics as part of their healing journey. For new clients, I provide information on safe practices, preparation, and integration of psychedelic experiences to ensure these journeys are supportive, intentional, and aligned with your healing needs.
Psychedelic Integration Therapy helps you process and make sense of past experiences by reflecting on insights and grounding them in your everyday life. This therapy can be beneficial whether you’ve had a challenging experience or are looking to deepen your understanding.
What should I expect in terms of boundaries and comfort levels?
Your safety is my top priority. Boundaries are communicated and upheld throughout each session. My practice emphasizes creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel respected and supported. We work at your pace, allowing healing and growth to unfold in a way that feels comfortable and empowering.
